PP/PS-海泡石纳米复合材料的热性能及结构形态 被引量:1

摘要 采用CTAB对海泡石有机化处理并通过苯乙烯乳液聚合进行原位插层,将插层产物与聚丙烯熔融共混制备PP/PS原位插层海泡石纳米复合材料。用XRD、DSC、SEM等测试手段研究了复合材料的结构与性能。XRD测试发现,乳液聚合后海泡石层间距明显增大,说明CTAB和聚苯乙烯对海泡石有剥离作用,复合材料为插层型复合材料。DSC结果表明一定量的乳液聚合海泡石的加入使得PP异相成核作用明显,且PP的结晶峰位置提前。SEM图片显示海泡石在两维方向达到了纳米级,且与基体有很好的相界面结合。 The PS/organic-sepiolite was prepared by in situ emulsion polymerization,then the PP/PS sepiolite nanocomposites was obtained via melt-intercalation method using PS/organic-sepiolite and PP as material.The nanocomposites have been characterized by XRD testing,DSC examination,SEM observation etc.The XRD indicated the preparation of intercalation nanocomposites,the DSC showed that the addition of PS/organic-sepiolite resulted in heterogeneous nucleation crystallization of PP,bring forward the crystalline peak.The SEM images showed that the PS/organic-sepiolite layers were exfoliated into nanometer size and dispersed uniformly in the PP matrix.
