摘要
目的 :探讨银染核仁组成区蛋白 (AgNORs)在皮肤良恶性病变、皮肤癌之间的鉴别、鳞癌的分级诊断中的意义。方法 :采用银染一步法。结果 :银染一步法方法简便、迅速 ,适用于石蜡切片 ,可做回顾性研究 ,AgNORs技术结合图像分析技术可避免光镜下记数的弊端。结论 :AgNORs作为一项定量指标在皮肤肿瘤研究中已显示其潜在价值。对良性痣细胞痣及恶性黑素瘤、恶性淋巴瘤及假性淋巴瘤、尖锐湿疣及假性湿疣、基底细胞癌及其他皮肤癌、鳞癌的分级诊断有重要意义。
Objective:To investigate AgNORs in the differentiation between the cutaneous benign and malignant lesions, among malignant cutaneous carcinomas,in the grade diagnosis of squamous cell carcinomas. Methods: Using a silver colloid staining technique in paraffin sections and image analysis system. Results: Silver colloid staining method was simple and quickly. Both AgNORs and image analysis techniques were easy to hold up and can avoid the defects of observing results in microscopes. Conclusions: AgNORs and image analysis techniques show great value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant cutaneous melanotic lesions, malignant lymphomas and pseudolymphomas,condyloma acuminatum and pseudocondyloma of vulval, basal cell carcinomas and other cutaneous carcinomas, grade diagnosis in squamous cell carcinomas.
