摘要
普及学前教育需要大量优秀的幼儿教师。如何培养、留住、吸引高素质的学前教育工作者,最大限度地调动幼儿教师的工作积极性,是幼教机构面临的首要问题。当前的幼儿教师激励机制存在一系列问题,例如:缺乏对幼儿教师精神层面的培养、缺乏对幼儿教师的个人关怀、忽略不同层次幼儿教师需求的差异性等。建立和优化幼儿教师激励机制,需要建立和完善有效的薪酬激励机制、创设和优化多样的培训激励机制、开办和创建丰富的福利激励机制。以及设立和评定公平的评优激励机制。
We need a lot of good teachers to popularize pre-school education. How to train, retain and attract high-quality pre-school workers to increase the enthusiasm of them is the primary issue which early childhood education sectors are faced with. A series of problems arise in the current incentive mechanism of early childhood teachers, such as: lack of spiritual training of teachers, lack of personal care for teachers, negligence of the teachers' different needs at different levels. To establish and optimize the incentive mechanism of early childhood teacher, we need to establish and improve an effective salary incentive, to create and optimize a variety of training incentives, to offer welfare incentives and to establish and assess fair appraisal incentives.
