摘要
从制备储热材料的工艺出发,利用自制的熔化-凝固实验装置进行480℃~640℃温度之间的热循环,借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜/能谱仪(SEM/EDS)、电导仪、热膨胀仪对Al基合金储热材料的热稳定性和显微组织进行了系统研究。结果表明:Al-Si合金成份和结构的变化对材料的储热性能影响较小,在长期的热循环过程中有良好和稳定的储热性能。
In this paper the preparation material for storing heat from the starting process , and made use of the self-made experiment device to heat cycling between 480℃-640℃, and studied systematically the thermal stability and the microstrcture of Al-based alloy with the help of differential thermal analysis (DSC),optical mi- croscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM / EDS), conductivity meter and thermal expansion meter. The results show that: Al-Si eutectic alloy as phase change storage materials (PCMs)has a good reliability of thermal cycling in the long term.
