独立学院作为我国高等教育由精英化阶段向大众化阶段过渡的产物,起步较晚,办学周期不长。为使其能够在高等教育激烈的竞争中立足,打破因循守旧,大胆改革创新,建立以人为本、可持续发展的独立学院内部教学质量保障机制势在必行。

The independent colleges as the product of the transitional process of China＇s higher education from elitism to popularization are relatively new without long history. To survive in the keen competition of higher education it is a must for independent colleges to break the traditional way of doing things, engage in robust reform and innovation, and establish the internal teaching quality assurance mechanism that is people oriented and sustainable.
