参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔联用治疗老年室性早搏的疗效观察

Curative Effective Observation of Metoprolol Combined With Ginseng-nard Capsule in Treatment of Elderly Ventriclar Premature

目的:对比观察单用美托洛尔与联用参松养心胶囊治疗老年室性早搏的不同治疗效果与不良反应。方法:将186例老年室性早搏患者随机分成单用组(93例)与联用组(93例),单用组给予美托洛尔治疗,联用组则联合参松养心胶囊进行治疗,在经过8周的治疗以后,对2组室性早搏控制情况和不良反应情况进行对比。结果:联用组对室性早搏控制的有效率显著高于单用组(P<0.05),而不良反应发生率明显低于单用组(P<0.05)。结论:参松养心胶囊与美托洛尔联用治疗老年室性早搏效果更好,不良反应明显降低。

Objective：To contrast and observe the effect of the treatment of metoprolol or combined with ginseng-nard capsule.Methods：Devided the 186 elder patients with ventriclar premature into 2 groups randomly： monotherapy group（93 patients） and combined therapy group（93 patients）,the monotherapy were treated with metoprolol,the combined therapy with ginseng-nard capsule and metoprolol,treated for 8 weeks.Researched the comparison of the 2 groups on ventricular premature and adverse reactions.Results：By 8 weeks treatment,the efficacy of combined therapy group was higher than the monotherapy group in the control of ventricular premature（P〈0.05）;the combined therapy group is less than the monotherapy group（P〈0.05）in the adverse reactions.Conclusion：The treatment of ginseng-nard capsule combined metoprolol is better than metoprolol,and the adverse reactions is less than the latter.
