Analysis of Medical Accident Appraisal of 43 Cases in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:分析妇产科医疗事故发生的原因,为医疗机构及其医务人员提高妇产科诊疗水平、防范医疗事故的发生提供借鉴。方法:对成都医学会近4年完成的59例妇产科医疗事故技术鉴定的案例进行分析。结果:妇产科医疗事故率高,达送鉴案例的47.46%。结论:医疗机构需进一步提高妇产科诊疗质量,防范医疗事故的发生。

Objective：To Analyse the reason of medical accident in gynecology and obstetrics,to improve diagnosis and treatment of obstetrics and gynecology in medical institutions,to keep away medical accident,so as to provide the clinical reference and guidance.Methods：Analysed 43 cases of medical evaluation in gynecology and obstetrics in 3 years.Results：There was a high incidence of medical accidents in Gynecology and obstetrics（47.46%）.Conclusion：Medical institutions still need to further improve the medical quality of gynecology and obstetrics,prevent medical accidents.
