摘要
采用动物蛋白水解酶水解血红素粗品以提高血红素含量,优化水解的各项参数。结果表明,最佳酶解条件为加水倍数为2,酶添加比例为4‰,水解时间为12h。
The crude heme was hydrolysised by animal proteolytic enzyme, in order to improve the purity of the heme. The optimal condition for obtaining the highest degree of hydrolysis of crude heme was 2 of watered volume, 4‰ of enzyme proportion, and 12 h of hydrolysis time.
