摘要
γ-氨基丁酸是哺乳动物中枢神经系统内重要的抑制性神经递质。作为一种重要的功能性非蛋白质氨基酸,其具有提高动物采食量、缓解热应激、改善胴体品质等作用。文章就γ-氨基丁酸在猪实际生产中的应用进行综述,并对其应用前景进行探讨。
γ-aminobutyric acid is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter in mammalian central nervous system. As a functional nonprotein amino acids, γ-aminobutyric acid can improve feed intake, anti-stress and quality of pork. This paper reviewed γ-aminobutyric acid in the actual production of swine, and its applications were discussed.
