摘要
采用有限单元法和传统理论计算方法分别对2400mm铝轧机机架进行了强度计算及比较,并对机架的典型位置的应力进行了重点分析,得到了应力场分布及危险区域,得到结论机架的强度可以满足生产的需要,为更深入研究该轧机提供了可靠的依据。
In this paper, the strength of 2400mm aluminum hot rolling mill housing is separately calculated by finite element method and traditional theoretical method. The stress of its typical position is analyzed specially. As a result the stress distribution and dangerous area are obtained, which proves that its stress is sufficient for the need of the production. It provides reliable data and technical storage for further researching the mill.
