A study on Causes and Countermeasures of College Students' Psychological Crisis

近年来,心理健康教育在高校逐渐成为大学生日常教育和管理的重要内容和手段之一。对大学生常见的心理危机问题进行了深入探讨,分析了心理危机的成因,并在此基础上对解决高校大学生心理健康问题提出了几点建议。

Nowadays, Mental Health Education has been one of the important contents and means of college students＇ nor- mal education and management. This paper deeply discusses the common psychological crisis, analyses the reason of psychological crisis, and thus gives several suggestions on solving students＇ Mental Heath.
