How to Serve Farmers Better in Rural Library via Its Management System

农家书屋和公共图书馆同属社会公共文化服务体系。运用公共图书馆的管理理念,深入探讨农家书屋的定位,阐述农家书屋工程建设的背景与现状,重点研究了农家书屋工程建设中新闻出版业、公共文化事业、图书情报业三方配合与协作的必要性;分析了三方配合与协作急需解决的问题;提出了三方配合与协作建设农家书屋的举措。

The rural library and public library are both belong to the social public cultural service system. N this paper, we first study the position of farm book-house in-depth by using the public library management concept, and then elaborate the background and current situation. We also focus on the necessity of the coordination and collaboration among the news publishing industry, the public culture undertaking and the library information industry during the proce dure of the farm nook-house project. The problems that may need to be solved during the three party coordination and collaboration are analyzed and some possible solutions are proposed
