摘要
介绍了云南省瑞丽市开展清洁针具干预服务的情况,总结了2008年至2011年以来瑞丽市通过政府发文、多部门合作、开展多层面、多形式的干预活动经验。认为以国际合作项目为契机,选准倡导对象,充分发挥防艾办行政协调职能是清洁针具交换工作政策倡导成功的关键。
Objective To introduce development situation of Needle Syringe Project （NSP） intervention service in Ruili city of Yunnan province. Summarized intervention experience which government arranged, multi-sectoral coordination, stage construction promoting and multiform. It is the key of that clean needle syringe policy initiate successfully. Put international cooperation project as opportunity, choose advocacy objects correctly and AIDS prevention office give full play it＇s administrative coordinative functions.
