东南亚留学生与中国高校学生艾滋病知识知晓率对比分析

Comparative analysis of AIDS knowledge arareness between Chinese and Southeastern oversea college students in Yunnan province

[目的]了解中外藉高校学生对艾滋病知识知晓情况,为针对性开展艾滋病相关健康教育及预防干预工作提供科学依据。[方法]选取昆明市2所高校的东南亚留学生及中国大学生为调查对象,采用项目设计并经预实验修正后的问卷进行现场调查,内容包括人口学特征、艾滋病知识、对吸毒者及减低危害知识的态度等。[结果]本次共调查660名在校大学生,包括358名外籍留学生及302名中国籍本科生。中国籍大学生8个艾滋病核心问题中7个问题正确知晓率均高于东南亚留学生(P<0.01);联合国大会艾滋病特别会议(UNGASS)确定的5个关键问题知晓率,中国学生为43.0%明显高于外籍留学生(24.9%)。《中国艾滋病防治督导与评估框架》确定的艾滋病知晓率,中国学生为91.4%明显高于外籍留学生(62.0%)。[结论]中国学生对艾滋病的知识知晓率明显高于东南亚籍留学生。今后针对中外籍留学生的艾滋病宣传教育仍然十分必要,但应根据大学生不同文化、性别、年龄以及心理特点等进行针对性的健康教育,让大学生真正全面正确认识艾滋病相关知识,建立健康生活方式。

Objective To understand AIDS knowledge awareness of both Chinese and foreign college students so as to provide scientific evidence for the AIDS related health education and prevention intervention. Methods Having selected Southeastern oversea and Chinese students from two universities in Kunming as the investigation subjects. The questionnaire designed by project and revised after pre-test for on-site investigation, including demographic character, AIDS knowledge awareness, the attitude to drug user and harm reduction knowledge etc. Results There were 660 college students in total, including 358 foreign students and 302 Chinese students. The average age is 21.9±2.6; the comparative analysis showed that 7 questions correct knowledge awareness rate of Chinese students is higher than Southeastern oversea students in 8 core AIDS related questions. UNGASS decided the knowledge awareness rate of 5 key questions reflected Chinese students is 43.0%, while that of foreign students is 24.9%; the knowledge awareness rate of ＂Framework＂ is 91.4% for Chinese studer/ts, and 62.0% for foreign students. Conclusions Chinese students＇ knowledges rate .is higher than Southeastern oversea students＇. It is still necessary to do AIDS education to ＇both Chinese and foreign college students according to the students＇ different cultural, gender, age and psychological characteristics so that they can really thoroughly understand AIDS related knowledge, and set up healthy lifestyle.
