Strategies for Increasing farmers' income in Xifeng,Gansu

近年来,西峰区全力推进城乡统筹发展,积极推动农民自主创业,各项工作取得了显著成效,但还存在农民创业意识不强、方式单一等问题。未来五年要从结构调整、龙头牵动、劳务转移、项目拉动等举措入手,加强农民创业引导和服务,推进重点农牧业项目和产业园区建设,完善农民创业的财税支持政策,加快农村金融改革与创新,设立农民创业专项资金等,使农民收入实现更长时间、更高水平、更好质量的增长。

Xifeng District witnesses remarkable progresses both in urban and rural areas characterized by overall, sustainable development and active encouragement for farmers to start their own undertakings. However, there remain some obstacles caused by farmers＇backward awareness and simple mode to develop their own businesses. In the coming years, to achieve a more healthy and sustainbale increase in their income, a lot of measures aimed to guide and serve farmers should be adopted, mainly as follows： adjusting developmental projects, and form structures, encouraging leading businesses, transferring labors, giving priority to key ulating preferential policies.
