自拟中药“关节舒散”系列方剂治疗风湿类疾病686例疗效观察及分析

Observation and analysis of treating 686 cases of rheumatic diseases by self-made medicine joint Shusan series of prescriptions

目的:中医药理论体系的优势在于注重机体平衡和整体调节,针对目前中医药治疗风湿关节炎、类风湿性关节炎的现状,提出风湿、类风湿性关节炎防治的新思路,观察我院自拟纯中药制剂"关节舒散"系列方剂治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:将临床确诊类风湿性关节炎患者686例,随机分为2组,即"关节舒散"系列方剂治疗组(I组)、雷公藤多苷片治疗组(II组),每组343例。结果:两组均可改善RA的症状、体征与实验室检查指标,I组总有效率96%以上,II组总有效率70%,I组疗效明显优于II组(P<0.05),且毒性和不良反应明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:"关节舒散"系列方剂治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎有较好的临床疗效,无肝肾损害等不良反应。

Purpose：Of the theoretical system of Chinese medicine has the advantage of focusing on body balance and overall conditioning,the current Chinese medicine treatment for rheumatoid arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,the present situation of rheumatism,rheumatoid arthritis,prevention of new ideas,to be observed in our hospital from pure Chinese medicine,＂Shu loose joints＂ series of prescriptions to treat rheumatism,rheumatoid arthritis treatment.Methods：686 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups,namely,＂Shu loose joints＂ series of prescription treatment group（Ⅰ group）,Tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment group（Ⅱ group）,343 cases.Results：The two groups may improve RA symptoms,signs and laboratory indicators,Ⅰ group the total efficiency over 96%,Ⅱ group,the total efficiency of 70%,Ⅰ group significantly better than Group Ⅱ（P〈0.05）,and decreased toxicity and adverse reactions（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Joint Shusan series of prescriptions to treat rheumatism,rheumatoid arthritis have better clinical efficacy,no liver damage and other adverse reactions.
