摘要
目的:观察中医辨证论治加耳穴治疗对糖调节受损的作用。方法:105例患者随机分为2组,治疗组55例,对照组50例,2组均控制饮食,加强运动,治疗组同时结合中医辩证论治加耳穴治疗,全部病例均治疗6个月观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医辩证论治加耳穴治疗糖调节受损有良好的效果。
Aim：To observe the effect of impaired glucose regulation with treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation and ear acupoint therapy.Methods：105 patients divided into two groups at random.The treatment group has 55 cases while the control group has 50 cases.They all control diet and increase sport.The treatment group also accepts treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation and ear acupoint therapy.Observe the effect after 6 months.Results：The effect rate of treatment group is obviously better than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment based on TCM syndrome differentiation and ear acupoint therapy has good effect for impaired glucose regulation.
