小儿病毒性心肌炎的中医诊治

Chinese medicine treatment of children with viral myocarditis

小儿病毒性心肌炎是由于邪毒侵犯心脏,致心主血脉神志功能失常,主要表现为心悸气短、乏力自汗、面色苍白,脉细数无力、舌淡苔白,心电图及心肌酶异常的儿科临床常见疾病,属中医"心悸"范畴。笔者自2000年3月～2010年12月,共收治病例86例,根据患儿临床表现,采用中医分型治疗,痊愈68例,有效16例。

The infantile viral myocarditis due to pathogen invasion of the heart,causing heart governs the blood was dysfunctional,mainly for palpitation shortness of breath,spontaneous perspiration,pale and weak,weak pulse counting,pale tongue with white fur,ECG and myocardial enzymes in anomalies of the pediatric common diseases,is a traditional Chinese medicine＂ palpitation＂ category.The author from 2000 March to 2010 December,86 cases were treated with,according to clinical manifestations,the typing of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,68 cases were cured,16 cases effective.
