摘要
制备了晶体硅太阳能电池正面银浆用玻璃粉,研究了其玻璃化转变温度Tg和成玻化程度。将玻璃粉配成玻璃浆,印刷、烧结在硅片上制成试样,对其进行XRD检测,结果表明玻璃粉能很好地穿透减反射膜形成欧姆接触。另将该系玻璃粉配成太阳电池正面银浆,印刷、烧结在硅片上制成电池片,并测试其电学性能。结果表明,制得的单晶硅太阳能电池片串联电阻Rs<0.006Ω,其中配方为65%PbO-17%SiO2-4%B2O3-6%Al2O3-7%Bi2O3-0.8%Sb2O5-0.2%NH4NO3(质量分数)的玻璃粉制备的单晶硅太阳能电池的光电转换效率可达17.72%。
Glass frit for silver paste of solar cell was prepared and its temperature of transition glass Tg and degree of vitrification were detected. Glass paste was formed by mixing the glass frit with organic vehicle and it was printed and sintered on silicon wafer. Con-fired sample of the glass paste-silicon wafer was characterized by XRD. The results show that glass paste can penetrate antireflecting coating and form ohm contact. Silver paste was formed by mixing the glass frit, metal function phase and organic vehicle and it was printed and sintered on silicon wafer. The Rs of solar cells is lower than 0. 006Ω. The optimal formula among them is 65%PbO-17%SiO2- 4%B2O3-6%Al2O3-7% Bi2O3-0. 8% Sb2 O5-0. 2%NH4 NO3 and its conversion efficiency reaches 17.72 %.
