摘要
以钛酸丁酯为钛源、正硅酸乙酯为硅源,以玻璃纤维(Glass fiber,GF)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法,制备了具有可见光活性的Si掺杂TiO2负载玻璃纤维负载型光催化剂(Si-TiO2/GF)。利用热分析、扫描电镜、紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱、红外吸收光谱等手段研究了不同Si掺杂量对TiO2微观结构和Si-TiO2/GF负载稳定性及光催化性能的影响。研究结果表明,在Si掺杂样品中有Ti-O-Si键的存在,Si掺杂能有效地提高TiO2在GF表面的负载稳定性,且扩展了样品的可见光吸收性能。当Si掺杂比例为5%时,Si-TiO2/GF在可见光条件下对亚甲基蓝的光催化效果比P25明显提高。
Si-doped titanium dioxide photocatalyst with visible light activity was synthesized by sol gel process using glass fiber as a carrier, butyl titanate as a Ti source,and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as a Si source. The pho tocatalytic activitie under visible light of Si-TiO2/GF composites were evaluated by the photocatalytic decomposition of methylene blue. The sample was characterized by thermogravimetric-differential scanning calorimeter(TG-DSC),scan ning electron microscope (SEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis-DRS) and Infrared absorption spectra (FT-IR). The results show that TiO2-Si band is formed in the Si-doped samples and the addition of Si can en hance the mechanical stability of Si-TiO2/GF and expands the absorption of visible ligth region. The sample has the highest catalytic effciency with 5% Si doped(atomic ratio) .
