摘要
利用化学分析方法,计算研究了脱硫石膏在不同条件下(煅烧气氛、煅烧温度、煅烧时间、外加剂种类与掺加量、煅烧空气量等)高温煅烧后的脱硫率。结果表明,脱硫石膏在不同条件下的脱硫率差别显著,其中在静态炉中,当Fe2O3掺加量为5%、Al2O3掺加量为3%、SiO2掺加量为14%、1100℃保温30min(在还原气氛下)时,脱硫率最高可达88.95%。
The desulphurization ratios of flue gas desulphurization gypsum on different calcination conditions (calcining atmosphere, holding time, calcining temperature, addition and the air quantity during the calcination) were studied. The results show that the desulphurization ratios of flue gas desulphurization gypsum had great distinguish on different calcination conditions, and the desulphurization ratio of flue gas desulphurization gypsum were up to 88. 95%, the calcination condition was 1100℃, holding time 30min, reduction atmosphere and doped 14% SiO2, 3% Al2O3, and 5% ge2O3 additives.
