摘要
废弃复合推进剂是一种具有特殊性质的危险品,必须安全妥善处理,以焚烧为主的传统处理方法难以满足保护环境和能源利用的要求,各国对废弃复合推进剂的处理与回收利用进行了多方面的研究。从复合推进剂中有效成分的回收和资源化利用两个方面介绍了废弃复合推进剂的处理利用情况,其中有效成分的回收主要是高氯酸铵和铝粉,资源化利用主要是通过把废弃复合推进剂作为辅助燃料或作为民用炸药的组分,也可制成其它火工品等。有效成分的回收和资源化利用具有安全、环保、工艺简单等优点。
As a kind of particular dangerous substance, the waste composite propellants must be safely and properly treated. Traditional treatment way that destroyed by fire and explosion canPt meet environment protection and resource utilizing. Various countries have studied the methods of reclamation and recycle of the waste propellants. The treatment of waste composite propellants is introduced through two channels , which are recycle of the effective component and reuse of the propellants. AP and A1 are main valid components recycled of waste propellants. Waste composite propellants are used as assisted fuel or industry explosive and pyrotedinic component. The mothod which recycles of compound and uses waste composite propellants as industrial explosive component has advantage of safety, no pollution, simple process.
