摘要
腺样囊性癌常发生于涎腺及呼吸道黏膜腺体，原发于外耳道腺样囊性癌临床少见，多数患者就诊于耳鼻喉科，而神经外科治疗的病例实为罕见。本科手术治疗1例伴有广泛颞骨侵袭的腺样囊性癌，现报道如下。
