Nowadays Chinese Foods are mainly made up of two kinds：Chinese traditional foods and western-style foods.They can be mutually complementary and development also can drive forward our country＇s foodstuff industry into a new developing stage.This article presents the developmental history,the development status and the existing problems of the Chinese traditional meat foods,and especially focuses on the direction of its modernization development.
