摘要
我国食品主要由中国传统食品和西式食品组成,它们相互补充,共同发展,推动我国食品工业走向新的发展阶段。本文介绍了中国传统肉类食品的发展历史、现状和存在问题,重点阐述了传统肉类食品的现代化发展之路。
Nowadays Chinese Foods are mainly made up of two kinds:Chinese traditional foods and western-style foods.They can be mutually complementary and development also can drive forward our country's foodstuff industry into a new developing stage.This article presents the developmental history,the development status and the existing problems of the Chinese traditional meat foods,and especially focuses on the direction of its modernization development.
