摘要
目的：研究深度烫伤后局部组织中ＰＤＧＦｍＲＮＡ表达水平及其意义。方法：应用α－ ３２ＰｄＡＴＰ标记的ＰＤＧＦ－ ＡＡ和－ ＢＢ的ｃＤＮＡ 探针和斑点杂交测定大鼠深度烫伤后不同时相局部组织中ＰＤＧＦｍＲＮＡ的表达水平。结果：烫伤后组织中ＰＤＧＦ－ ＡＡ和－ ＢＢｍＲＮＡ的表达，较之对照组都有所升高，且在烫伤早期出现高峰，尤其是－ ＢＢｍＲＮＡ表达水平在深度烫伤后期又有持续升高，且绐终高于－ ＡＡｍＲＮＡ的表达水平。结论：ＰＤＧＦ在大鼠深度烫伤后的炎症反应和修复愈合过程中起着一定的作用。
Purpose:To study the mRAN expression levels of PDGF and its signification in the local tissue of post-bur ning in rats.Methods:Two isoforms of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-AA and PDGF-BB)cDNA probes which were labeled with α- 32 P dATP to measure the mRNA expression levels of PDGF-AA and PDGF-BB by dot hybridization in the local tissue of post-burning in rats.Results:The mRNA expression levels of PDGF-AA and PDGF-BB in the local tissue of burn rats were higher than that in the normal control.Especially the mRNA expression level of PDGF-BB reached the highest levels in day 3 and late time stage of post-burning and much higher than that in PDGF-AA.Conclusion:PDGF plays an important role in the inflammatory reaction and healing process of post-burning.
