钛合金与钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复后颈缘牙龈反应的初步观察

目的比较钛合金(含钛镍铬合金)烤瓷冠和钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复后的临床效果。方法对各30例单个上前牙钛合金和钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复后基牙颈缘牙龈指数和龈缘染色情况进行为期3年的跟踪观察。结果 2种烤瓷冠修复后龈缘炎的发生率有逐年上升的趋势,但无显著差异;龈缘染色的发生率钛合金较钴铬合金高,有显著的差异性。结论钛合金烤瓷冠和钴铬合金烤瓷冠为现阶段非贵金属考瓷修复较好的选择,但就减少龈缘染色的发生率来看,钴铬合金的选择性较钛合金更具优势。

Objective comparison of titanium alloys （NI-CR alloy with titanium） porcelain Crown and co-CR alloy porcelain crowns clinical effect.Methods on 30 cases of a single anterior tooth titanium alloy and co-CR alloy porcelain crowns gingival index in marginal gingivitis and dyeing of marginal gingivitis for a period of 3 years of observation.Results the incidence of inflammation on marginal gingivitis in two types of porcelain crowns presents a rising trend,but no significant difference between them.the rates of dyeing gingival margin titanium alloys porcelain Crown is higher than CO-CR alloys porcelain Crown, there are significant differences.Conclusion titanium alloy porcelain crowns and co-CR alloy porcelain crowns is a better choice at this stage.but for dyeing gingival margin,the CO-CR alloy is better than titanium alloy.
