摘要
目的探讨LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的疗效。方法选择100例确诊为慢性宫颈炎的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组50例患者均应用LEEP刀治疗,对照组50例患者应用激光治疗,比较2组治疗的效果。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无一例发生感染和颈管粘连。结论 LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎操作简单、安全方便、临床效果显著,适合基层医疗机构广泛推广和应用。
Objective LEEP knife the efficacy of the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods 100 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic cervicitis,were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 patients in the observation group were 50 patients applied LEEP knife treatment in the control group of 50 patients were treated with laser treatment,the effects of treatment were compared.Results The total effective observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.There were no neck a case of infection and adhesions.Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of chronic cervicitis is simple,safe and convenient,the clinical results are obvious,for primary health care sector and applied widely.
