摘要
目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺(MCA)治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的短期疗效。方法 40例CHF患者随机分为对照组20例,常规抗心力衰竭治疗;治疗组20例,在对照组基础上加用MCA120mg加入250mL液体中静脉滴注,1次/d。2组疗程均为2周。结果其对改善心功能的显效率为55%,有效率为40%,总有效为95%,高于对照组的75%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上,加用MCA可在短期内提高CHF患者的临床疗效。
Objective the observation of the MCA on the short-term effects of CHF.Methods 40 CHF patients are divided half into the comparison team randomly,with the ordinary treating method of 20.The comparison team has additional MAC 120mg in the 250ml dripping,1time/day.Both work with 2 weeks as a circle.Results the efficiency of the heart function mending is 55%,treating rate is 40%, i.e,95% totally,which is better than the comparison team by 75%.The identification is clear（P0.05）.Conclusion on the basis of the ordinary treatment of heart attack,with the addition of MCA can enhance the treating effects of CHF patients.
