摘要
目的观察Ⅲ期结肠癌患者术后辅助化疗的近期疗效和安全性,探讨术后辅助化疗在结肠癌治疗中的价值。方法选择我院2007年5月至2011年4月收治的82例Ⅲ期结肠癌患者为观察组,经手术切除原发肿瘤后接受FOLFOX4方案进行辅助化疗;选择同期收治的术后未接受化疗的78例Ⅲ期结肠癌患者为对照组。经过6个疗程的治疗后,观察化疗后患者不良反应。随访3年,比较2组患者无瘤生存时间。结果观察组患者化疗后不良反应有白细胞减少72例、恶心呕吐36例、腹泻25例、皮疹3例,多数症状较轻微,患者可以耐受。2组患者无瘤生存时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对Ⅲ期结肠癌患者术后进行辅助化疗是一种安全有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Observe the curative effect and safety of adjuvant chemotherapy of stage Ⅲ colon cancer.Probe into the value of adjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods Choose 82 cases of stage Ⅲ colon cancer with radical surgery from May.2007to Apr.20011 as treated group. Give them FOLFOX4 precept.Choose 78 cases of stage Ⅲ colon cancer with radical surgery of the same scheme as control group.After 6 period of treatment,observe the side effect of treated group.Compare the non-tumour time of the two groups.Results The side effect of treated group are low white cell 72 cases, spew 36 cases, scour 25 cases, tetter 3 cases.Most of them are slight and abidable.The differences between non-tumour time of the two groups are significant （p0.05）.Conclusion Adjuvant chemotherapy of stage Ⅲ colon cancer is effective and safe.It is worth for clinic spread.
