摘要
目的：评价新新肝康片对乙型、丙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：对１５６ 乙型肝炎、７０ 例丙型肝炎采用新新肝康片治疗，连续服药３ 个月，观察每日症状、体征变化、生化指标及病毒复制指标。结果：治疗后，大部分患者临床症状减轻或消失；治疗乙型、丙型肝炎总有效率分别为８２．６％ 、８２．５％ ；治愈率分别为９．３％ 、１２．５ ％ 。结论：该药对乙型、丙型肝炎均有显著疗效，无明显的毒副作用。
Purpose:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xinxin Gankang tablet on Hepatitis B and C.Methods:226 patients with Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C were treated with Xinxin Gankang tablets for 3 months.Symptoms,singnals,biochemical targets and virus replication were observed.Results:The clinical symptoms of most patients were decreased or disappeared after treatment.Total effective rates to Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C were 82.6% and 82.5% and cure rates were 9.3% and 12.5% respectively.Conclusion:Xinxin Gankang tablet had a significant effect on Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C,and no toxicity was found.
