摘要
沼气的燃烧、爆炸和沼气的释放都会对盾构隧道的施工和结构安全造成威胁,一般的研究方法难以对其进行准确定量的分析。在盾构隧道的施工过程中,通过深入分析由于沼气而产生的各种风险因素,建立了沼气对盾构隧道施工的风险评价指标体系。基于风险影响因素的层次性,提出了三级模糊综合评价计算模型,并利用层次分析法确定各级因素权重,利用模糊集法确定隶属函数,划分了风险接受等级。以某含有沼气土层的区间盾构施工为例,应用三级模糊综合评判计算模型对其由于沼气而产生的风险进行分析,计算结果表明,该方法是合理实用的。其理论、方法、思路和结论可供同类工程借鉴。
Methane combustion,explosion and release are a threat to shield tunnel construction,which can't be quantitatively analyzed by current methods.During the shield construction,base on analyzing the risk factors due to marsh gas,a model of three-stage fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed,and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each stage factor,fuzzy sets method is used to determine membership function,risk ranking is also classified.The proposed method is applied to a sheild construction in the gas soil,the simulation results show that the method is reasonable.The analytical approach and the results will be practical and helpful to other similar projects.
