摘要
炼化公司内存在大量架空热力管线。为安装固定管线,承受管线自重载荷,架空热力管线安装了大量管托。管托与热力管线直接接触,一方面起承重作用,另一方面向外损失热量。然而目前所进行的管线保温效果测试与评价多数未考虑管托的影响。本文提出了架空管线管托散热修正系数的概念,用管托散热修正系数给出了管线保温效果以及管托散热量测试计算方法,并以中海油惠州炼油分公司热力管线为例测试计算了管线管托散热对管线散热的修正系数。
There are many overhead thermal pipelines in refining and chemical company. In order to fix the pipeline and bear weight load of the pipeline itself, there are many pipe brackets installed on the o- verhead thermal pipelines. Directly contacting with the thermal pipeline, the pipe bracket takes effect of bearing, meanwhile conducting heat outward. However, cun'ent insulation effect testing and evaluation of pipeline mostly do not take into account the effect of pipe bracket. In this paper, the conception of cor- rection coefficient of heat loss of pipe bracket on the overhead pipeline is proposed, the way of testing and calculation about insulation effect of pipeline and heat dissipating capacity of pipe bracket is given, and taking the thermal pipeline in the branch company of Huizhou of CNOOC as an example to test and calcu- late the correction coefficient of the heat loss of pipe bracket on the pipeline.
