摘要
为了减少某个制药企业总体能耗,我们首先根据企业各车间的耗能情况,得出企业的能流图。该企业初级能源以煤炭和电力为主。通过用能转换设备(锅炉、制冷机等)得到蒸汽、冷冻水等二级能源。锅炉产生的蒸汽用于生产蒸馏水和二次蒸汽。蒸馏水、二次蒸汽、产线用电与产品的数量成线性关系。制冷量与正在工作的生产线条数和室外温湿度成线性关系。利用多元线性回归原理,以药厂记录的数据为基础,得到企业的用能模型。
For reducing the energy consumed in a pharmaceutical plant, this article obtains the energy flow diagram from the energy consumed in every workshop firstly. The primary energy mainly consist of coal and electricity. They get steam and chilled water from the energy conversion devices (boilers and refrigerating machines). The steam is used tO produce the distilled water and the secondary steam. The distilled water,the secondary steam and the electricity used by the production lines are linearly related to the amount of products. The cooling capacity is linearly related to the amount of the working production lines, the outdoor temperature and the humidity outside. Based on the data,the energy -consumed model with multiple linear regression is calculated.
