摘要
通过对风机盘管的主要技术指标和换热过程进行分析,结果表明,提高表冷器迎面风速与水流速可以提高风机盘管机组的制冷量、制热量。根据修改风机盘管的设计并实测得出,可以通过优化风机盘管的表冷器设计以保证风机盘管机组的制冷量与制热量,从而减少风机盘管的材料消耗与生产耗能。
This article analyzed the main technical data and process of fan heat transform, results indicate that the main technical methods for improving the cooling capacity and heating capacity are increasing the air face velocity and water velocity. According to the test data, design optimization of FCU can reduce the material consumption of FCU and keep the cooling capacity and heating capacity of the units.
