心导管术后静脉血栓形成及栓塞分析

Analysis of vein thrombosis and embolism after heart catheterization

目的：探讨各种心导管术后静脉血栓形成及栓塞的发生率、原因及对策。方法：回顾性研究总结3979例接受心导管检查及治疗的患者，对其中4例诊断明确的静脉血栓形成及栓塞者进行逐一分析。结果：行心导管术的3979例中合并静脉血栓形成及栓塞4例，发生率1‰，下肢深静脉血栓形成2例，并发肺栓塞2例。平均发病时间在导管术后27h，揭除加压胶布后3．5h；栓塞多发生于术后下床活动时。结论：心导管术后静脉血栓形成及栓塞罕见，一旦发生，后果严重，术前应加强对此病的认识，发病后应积极处理。

Objective:To study the incidence, reason and treatment strategy of venous thrombosis and embolism after all kinds of heart catheterization. Method:Retrospectively reviewed 3 979patients undergone heart catheterization and analyzed 4 patients correctly diagnosed. Result:Amongof 3 979 patients undergone heart catheterization, 4 patients presented venous thrombosis and em-bolism,in which deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity 2 patients and complicated pulmonaryembolism 2 patients,respectively. The incidence was 1‰ and the mean time of symptom occurredwas 27 hours after the heart catheterizationa and 3. 5 hours after pressed binding adhesive plasterwas removed. The thrombosis and embolism usually took place at the post-operative movement.Conclusion:The venous thrombosis and embolism after heart catheterization seldom occurred andoften caused severe consequence. It should be enhanced our understanding pre-operatiovely andgave the prompt treatment once happened.
