不同管口形式对开排沉箱流场影响的分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用基于ANSYS 12.0WORKBENCH平台的FLUENT数值分析软件对开排沉箱中污水管口形式进行分析研究,考察其对具有斜板的开排沉箱中流体流动及油水分离的影响,得出优化设计方案。通过对比分析不同管口形式下开排沉箱中的紊动强度等值线图和相等值线图,结合油水分离效果,得出最优的管口形式为等有效面积式,该形式下的出流流体具有紊动强度低、影响区域小等特点。 Based on FLUENT numerical analysis software, ANSYS12. 0 WORKBENCH platform, the paper has investigated fluid flow influenced by pattern of wastewater inlet in open drain sump caisson with inclined plate and influence of water-oil separation, which has drawn a conclusion. Through comparing with turbulence intensity isoline chart in different typed of pipe nozzles, and according to oil-water separation effect, this subiect has obtained the optimal pipe nozzle type of equal effective area formula, under which, the outlet fluid flow has features of lower turbulence intensity and smaller affected area.
