摘要
介绍了10万m3及以上容量浮顶油罐开孔及补强情况,就目前JB/T 4736—2002《补强圈》和GB 150—1998《钢制压力容器》中对补强的限制以及SH 3046—1992《石油化工立式圆筒形钢制焊接储罐设计规范》和GB 50341—2003《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范》中对补强的要求进行了分析。通过仿真对10万m3、12.5万m3、15万m3这3种规格油罐开400~1 200mm孔进行了仿真计算,并给出了油罐开600~1 200mm孔时有、无补强圈的应力分布情况以及开孔补强的具体做法和建议。
