摘要
在土库曼斯坦巴格德雷第一天然气处理厂建设中,需要现场制作安装大型尾气烟囱。单座烟囱高100m、质量162t。经过反复分析比较,确定了400t吊车分段提升正装、空中对接补衬的施工工艺。对关键施工技术,包括分段数和分段点的确定、吊耳和平衡梁的设置、空中补衬等进行了充分论证。对吊装受力进行了分析计算,吊装过程平稳受控,烟囱吊装质量良好。
In the first Turkmen Natural Gas Processing Plant Bagh Bradley construction, largescale gas chimneys were needed for field fabrication and installation. The single chimney height was 100 meters and weighing 162 tons, the construction process was divided into the segment linings, lifted by 400 tons crane and assembling as the chimney lifted. After repeated analysis and comparison, the key construction technology was determined, including the number of segments and sub-point determination, setting for hanging ears and balance beam, the fill lining, analysis of lifting force calculation, a smooth control of lifting process.
