摘要
在炼油化工生产过程中,由于热交换器管束所接触的介质及应用环境比较复杂,常出现腐蚀泄漏,甚至引起装置停工,影响长周期高效运行,造成严重经济损失。要确保装置安全长周期生产,就必须加强热交换器防腐工作。综合介绍了目前国内炼化装置热交换器的腐蚀现状、热交换器防护技术应用情况及效果,并提出了建议及展望。
In petrochemical production process, heat exchangers always lead to corrosion leakage, even to unit shutdown, which affects long period running of the units and causes severe financial loss. It is necessary to strengthen anti-corrosion job of heat exchangers to ensure long period production of the units. Corrosion status of heat exchangers in petrochemical units was introduced, and anti-corrosion technologies and application instances were summed up. Suggestion and expectation were pointed out.
