摘要
对湿硫化氢环境下某天然气净化厂原料气开裂管线进行失效分析,得出焊缝复合层焊接材料误用是管线失效开裂的主要原因,焊接缺陷、错边等导致应力集中,促进失效。同时提出了在湿硫化氢环境下防止产生类似失效的预防措施。
The failure cause of the welding cracking was analyzed in the LPG working in wet hydrogen sulfide environment. Weld composite layer welding material misuse is the main cause of failure. Stress concentration promote failure such as welding defects, wrong side etc. Appropriate preventive measures have been proposed to prevent a similar situation in wet hydrogen sulfide environment.
