摘要
大高炉喷煤浓相输送工艺采用3罐并联流态化上出料,输煤总管加炉前浓相煤粉分配器,从一个喷吹罐内引出2条输煤总管向同一座高炉浓相输送煤粉。该工艺控制范围广,浓相输送运行稳定。
It is introduced the technology of concentrated phase transportation of injected coal for large blast furnace： it uses three parallel tanks to feed flow material;general coal transporting pipe plus furnace-front concentrated coal powder distributor;feeding coal powder to one blast furnace with two pipe from one injection tank.It has features： control range being wide and transportation steady.
