摘要
承钢公司炼铁厂2009年在1 260 m3高炉首次试验短时间回收部分煤气打水降料面停炉法的基础上,回收煤气约150万m3,降料面用14.2 h,出铁2次,证明了此方法在钒钛矿高炉应用的可行性。2011年5月31日在1 260 m3高炉进行了进一步的实践,收到了很好效果,为今后高炉停炉提供了经验。
In the first test of method to recover part of gas and pour water to lower molten iron surface and stop blow within a short time in 1 260 m3 blast furnace in 2009,about 1.5 millions m3 of gas were recovered,it took 14.2 hours to lower the surface,casting for two times.It proved the method can be applied to the blast furnace to use vanadium-titanium ore.We done the further practice in the above furnace in May 31,2011,and got good effect.
