摘要
采用环渤海地区30个地级以上城市2003—2008年的面板数据,运用基于对数型柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿生产函数(SFA)实证研究了环渤海地区主要城市的技术效率,并进一步分析了其影响因素。研究结果表明:环渤海地区主要城市的技术效率差距明显,并得出提高外资利用率以及工业聚集度、完善金融体制等能够提高该地区技术效率的政策建议。
This paper uses a panel data of 30 cities above the prefecture level over the period 2003 -2008, and applies the stochastic production frontier function on Cobb-Douglas production function to investigate the technology efficiency of the major cities of Bohai Region and further analysis its impact factors. The result shows that： the technology efficiency of the Bohai Region＇ s major cities has obvious gap, and enhancing the utilization coefficient of FDI and the aggregation degree of industries, and improving the financial system can improve the technical efficiency of the Bohai Region.
