乌拉特前旗现代绿洲农业发展对策研究

Study on Modern Oasis Agricultural Influencing Factors and Its Countermeasures in Wulate County

乌拉特前旗地处内蒙古自治区西部,是典型的外流流域绿洲灌溉区,生态环境比较脆弱,存在着土地退化、盐碱化等问题,严重影响了当地的农业发展。采用灰色关联分析方法对乌拉特前旗农业产值的10个因子进行分析,结果显示:农业机械总动力、农林牧区用电量、农业化肥施用量占据前三位;降水总量、耕地面积、农业人口数处在后三位。提出发展节水灌溉农业,提高水资源利用效率;加大教育投资、提高人口素质,培育农民的现代农业意识;依靠科技,加大农业机械的使用,合理施用化肥,提高物质投入效率;保护耕地质量、稳定耕地面积、促进耕地集约化等措施来提高现代绿洲农业发展进程。

Wulate County is located in the west of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it is a typical oasis of out-flowing rivers＇ irrigation district. The ecological environment is fragile,such as land degradation, salinization and soon , which affected the local agriculture development. This paper used the grey association analysis method to analyze the 11 influencing factors of the output value of farming. The result is as follow ： the first three influencing factors is the total power of farm machinery , the rural power consumption and the net quantity of chemical fertilizers, and the last three is precipitation, cultivated land and agricultural population. At last, put forward concrete coun- termeasures： developing the water saving irrigation construction of agriculture and enhanceing the rates of resource utilization efficiency; puting more money on education, improving the quality of the population and nurturing the modem agricultural farmers ; increasing the using of farm machinery, the rational application of chemical fertilizers and increasing the efficiency of material inputs ; protecting the quantity of farmland system, ensuring stability of cultivated area and promoting the intensive management of cultivated land.
