摘要
为提高生产率,将模具外的二次加工工序引入到模具内。通过对弹簧定位座结合件的工艺分析,设计了具有两个相互垂直的工艺线的级进模。叙述了运用滚子凸轮及PLC控制汽缸实现二次送料,将一个带有拉伸孔的零件自动铆接在一个圆垫片上的连续工作过程。
In order to improve the stamping production efficiency, a second procedure outside the stamping die could be put into modulus of continuity. Analyzing the craft features of a spring-location frame , designed two mutual vertical strip layouts in a modulus of continuity, Under the control of roller cam mechanism and PLC, the continuous working process of automatic riveting one part with assembly drawing hole part with circle bed piece was stated.
