摘要
介绍了一种气体辅助注射模的结构设计方式。它采用热流道系统,便于节省塑胶材料,控制塑件质量。它使用往复式气针来解决普通气针无法安放的问题。在注射过程中采用短射法进行气体辅助注射成型,利用气体实现产品内部的空腔,同时将多余的胶料排入溢料槽,最终得到令客户满意的汽车手柄塑件。
A design of gas-assisted injection mold of automobile handle was described. It applies hot runners system to save plastic materials and to control quality in the mass production. A reciprocating gas pin is used to solve the problem caused by putting an ordinary gas pin into the mold. During injection process, we can let gas generate an internal cavity for the produce by short shot process, meanwhile discharge spare plastic material into a flash groove. Finally we can get an automobile handle, which is satisfied by our customers.
