分析了分流式三通阀体结构特点,设计了斜导柱滑块抽芯和液压抽芯的4个向抽芯式模具,详细阐述了分流式三通阀体注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程。
Analyzed the structure characteristics of shunt type three way valve body, designed the angle guide pin slider core-pulling and hydraulic core pulling four direction core-pulling mold structure, elaborated the structure design points and working process of injection mold.
