脑卒中偏瘫运动功能恢复与日常生活活动能力改善的关系

Correlation of the recovery of motor functions and the Improvement of ADL in hemiplegia with stroke

目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者在治疗后上下肢运动功能恢复和神经功能缺损恢复与日常生活活动能力(ADL)改善之间的关系。方法 对76 例患者用Brunnstrom 法评定上下肢运动功能,用Barthel 指数作相关分析。结果 偏瘫患者的上下肢运动功能恢复与日常生活活动能力改善呈正相关,上肢r = 0 .75( P< 0 .001) ,下肢r= 0 .57( P< 0 .001) ;神经功能缺损恢复与日常生活活动能力改善呈高度正相关,r = 0 .76( P< 0 .001) 。结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力改善在很大程度上取决于运动功能的恢复,治疗中应首先着眼于运动功能的恢复,以避免“误用综合征”

Objective To investigate the correlation of the recovery of motor functions of upper and lower extremities and nerve functions and the improvement of ADL after treatment.Methods Brunnstrom method and the assessment of nerve function and Barthel Index were used for the correlation analyse in 76 cases of hemiplegia with stroke.Results The recovery of motor functions of upper and lower extremities and the improvement of ADL were positively correlated,upper r =0.76( P <0.01),lower r =0.57( P <0.001).And the correlation of the recovery of nerve functions and improvement of ADL were also significantly positive. r =0.75( P <0.001).Conclusion These results suggested that the improvement of the ADL depended on recovery of motor functions in the hemiplegia patients.In the treatment,we must put emphasis on the recovery of motor functions,in order to exclude “misuse syndrome”.
