河南省高等教育结构对经济发展的适应性分析

The Analysis on the Adaptability of the Higher Educational Structure and Economic Development in Henan Province

近年来,河南省高等教育取得了较快的发展,但高等教育结构对经济的适应性不强。主要表现为:在层次结构上,高层次人才培养数量不足;专业结构上,专业设置随大流,与河南省产业结构的匹配程度不够;地区结构上,郑州实力过强,其它城市与其差距过大,结果使得省内经济发展的不均衡性表现明显;经费投入结构上,民间资本参与程度低,限制了发展的速度和规模。需要对这些结构进行调整,以使高等教育更好地服务河南地方经济的发展。

In recent years,Henan Province has made rapid development of higher education,but the structure of higher education on the adaptability of the economy is not strong.Mainly manifested in the following areas：in hierarchy structure,the number of high-level personnel training is insufficient;in professional structure,professional setting with the flow,and the Industrial Structure of the matching degree is not enough;in regional structure,Zhengzhou strength is too strong,and the gap is too wide with other cities at the result that the uneven performance of the province＇s economic development become very significant;in the structure of funds invested,the low level of participation of private capital has limited the speed and scale of development.These structures need to be adjusted to make higher education better serve local economic development in Henan.
