摘要
研究了钢铁基体上碱性光泽无氰镀铜工艺,介绍了配位剂AZO-b的合成。运用该工艺镀层结合力好,镀液稳定。
This paper had recommended a type of technology of alkaline bright non - cyanic copper plating, introduced the synthetic process of coordination agent AZO - b. The combination force is good and plating bath is stable.
